Resident Life

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    You can pay rent online (ACH or CC) via our resident portal, Henri Home, or by check/money order to the Leasing Office.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, renters insurance is required. You will need a $100,000 liability policy required from any licensed provider (standard). Otherwise, a fee for non-compliance is $25/month

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    If you are locked out during business hours, the leasing office can let you in. If you are locked out during after-hours, you will need to call the after-hours number and a small fee will incur, (425) 517-3368

  • How do I submit a maintenance request

    Residents will submit their maintenance requests through our resident portal, Henri Home.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, maintenance is on-site Monday-Friday.

  • What is the guest policy?

    Residents are responsible for their guests. Guests may stay for up to 14 days maximum per calendar year.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Electricity will be paid directly to the provider and water will be charged to your resident account via Henri Home.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes, you will need to sort your trash and recycling.

Application Process

  • Are there any move in charges?

    At move in you will pay the remainder of the $300 Security Deposit (if you’re not subject to an increase), $300 Non Refundable Fee, prorated rent, prorated parking and pet rent (if applicable).

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    If you want to hold an apartment, you will need to pay the application fee ($62 per applicant) and the holding deposit ($99).

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    We offer 6-12 month leases, subject to availability.

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Can take up to 48 hours but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?

    You must make at least 2.5x the monthly rent, otherwise you will need a guarantor (must make 4x monthly rent) or you will receive an increased security deposit (equal to 90% of one months rent).

    Yes, we offer free bike storage.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    $350 Non-Refundable Fee, $35/month pet rent per pet.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly property!

    Yes, the building is controlled fob access.

  • What is the parking fee?

    The parking fees start at $125/month per vehicle.

    Reserved/EV parking is $175

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, there is parking available.
